How to Ship Bubble Sheets Without Leaving Your Agency

Whether You Ship via US Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx, you can order free boxes and tamper-proof envelopes from USPS.

To order boxes and envelopes:

• Create an account at USPS.com at https://reg.usps.com/entreg/RegistrationAction_input

• Order free Priority Rate Shipping boxes at https://store.usps.com/store/shipping-supplies/priority-mail/_/N-p52cpr

  • If you use the Priority boxes and use USPS, you have to ship flat rate, if you ship UPS or FedEx you can ship based on size & weight

• Choose the appropriate size box for bubble sheets and they will be shipped to your facility at no charge.

  • Note: These are blank labels, you will need to fill them out and pay for shipping.

To ship via USPS:

• In your account at USPS.com, select Click-N-Ship. This will allow you to save the return address and the mailing address. https://cnsb.usps.com/home

Once you set up a Click-N-Ship account:

• You have the option to check / request Tracking on Both Ends (your agency and DPH):

  • Tracking box that allows the sender to follow the package.

  • Tracking box to allow the recipient to follow the package (requires an email address or phone number).

  • Print shipping & return address with tracking (on plain paper or mailing label).

  • Your account will auto-populate the DPH address the following month.

  • You can request a discount since you’ll be shipping monthly.

• Apply printed label to the box, mark “Confidential,” put your envelope inside.

• If a postal carrier does not stop at your location, a pick-up can be scheduled free of charge.

• Schedule a Pickup | USPS

You can schedule pickups Monday-Saturday. If you want to change your pickup date, click the current date that’s highlighted on the calendar to deselect it, and then click on a new date.
